Flart is a level 3 Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Uganda .He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Kyambogo University, Uganda, specializing in various aspects of accounting which include financial management, cost  tax accounting, and risk management. He has 3 years of experience in financial systems management. Flart works to ensure effective financial planning and management for all operations at Home Harvest and its clientele.
